Today's Thoughts
|
|
It's been another day of rushing around, but I got a lot done and I feel relatively
confident in how well I did with my caloric/protein intake.

Insert a big frown here. I kept very busy with all the things I had to do,
but no time was allotted to get on the treadmill. Brother, I owe in a
big way now.

*CARBS: The doctor, for the purposes of my own weight loss, said that the only
things that matter are the calories and protein. If I eat the recommended
1,200 calories FOR WEIGHT LOSS not management, I should
lose about 1 pound a week. At 1,000 calories, 2 pounds (but he cautions
not to go faster than that) a week.

Lessons I've Learned
|
|
The busier I get, the less I seem to think about food. And those guilty
pleasures I've managed to slip in today? I'm not feeling so guilty. If
there's anything to feel guilty about, it's that I didn't get in enough
veggies and fruits. Oops!
